This heated/air conditioned house has three bedrooms and 1 bathroom and comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. The two main bedrooms are both furnished with a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with a pull-out mattress. The living room also has a sofa bed as an additional sleeping option. The two main bedrooms each have a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, coffee maker, etc. Linens, towels and bedding are provided. The bathroom features a ceramic tile shower.

Guests have access to outdoor charcoal grills, outdoor fire pits, picnic tables and lounge chairs. Boaters can launch right next door at the public access dock, pulling their boat around on Stemac's protected private dock. A fish cleaning station and freezers are available on-site to preserve the day's catch.

A fully stocked bait shop is located next to the public access dock.
